A Very interesting project located in a very hi density housing in Denpasar city. This House was designed to accommodate more than 1 family. 6 bedroom and 2 lounge areas was also the request. Somehow it’s capable to be put on “airBnb” as a business necessity is also the term.

Net Land Area was lower than 200m2. After a long field study case, we decided to make it a split level to maintain the privacy of each user and the solution of maintain the good air flow yet natural sunlight as the condition of the proper healthy living spaces.

To provide the good separation of privacy, we make a clean garden and water pond to be placed in the middle as the courtyard area and also the bride of semi-private (lounge)-and private spaces (bedrooms). This mid-courtyard is also a feature as the main view direction for this multi-function house which projecting to bring the natural ambience, air refresher artificial water fountain as well as its sound, sunlight to save electricity cost, and air flow.

As the additional entertaining room we could provide a good open space clean rooftop. This rooftop is also the solution for the ease of maintenance issue. The Split level floor plan arrangement will bring such a unique human access and circulation yet also becoming the feature of an inordinary space experience.
