A Boutique villa Located in one of prestigious tourism area in Bali. This villa is built around a quite hi density neighborhood. Our Design language as clean, modern, simple, honest always come to be the first condition to covers all the clients idea and necessity.

In order for the longevity cause, as well as the necessity of the villa’s market aimed which is young couple, we tended to make it’s own view to be directed inside the site. Therefore we complement them with one big swimming pool per unit as it is to maintain the privacy of each guess.

This villa project contains 3 type of room. Its 2 type of 1 bedroom and 1 type of 2 bedroom. Which divided into 8 units by this 1st stage construction and will be altered with another 3 units for the next construction stage.
